I’m Katia, co-owner of Chef’s Mesa and mastermind behind every stunning charcuterie board you see! I love transforming the simplest ingredients into visual masterpieces that are both beautiful and delicious.

This is Berto, co-owner of Chef’s Mesa and a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over a decade of culinary experience. He is all about the flavors. He knows exactly how to pair the finest ingredients to create mouthwatering bites. "My years in professional kitchens have taught me everything about making food that not only looks incredible but tastes extraordinary."
