Some of our best memories live around the table with loud conversations, plates being passed, and everyone staying a little longer than they planned. Chef's Mesa was born from two passions colliding in the most delicious way, a love for hosting and an obsession with food.

Katia, a host at heart with an eye for detail and elevated aesthetics, brings the vision to every spread as Chief Experience Officer. Alberto, a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with over a decade of culinary mastery across fine dining, international cuisine, and large-scale hospitality, is the culinary talent behind the scenes.
